The magnetic template only uses electric energy at the moment of excitation and demagnetization, and does not consume electricity at other times; the controller system is designed as an intelligent constant-current control output, which can be used normally even when the external power supply is unstable.
Need to modify the mold? Can a mold with a heat shield installed be used?

Because the system only uses electric energy at the moment of excitation and demagnetization, the aging speed of each device is very slow, and there are no moving parts inside the product, so the magnetic template does not require frequent and cumbersome maintenance and repair, and the use cost is almost zero.
