Please be aware of the following before operating this device for mold replacement:
1. The mold size shall not be smaller than the minimum mold size specified in the drawing.
2. We recommend setting the mold opening force and the top rod pushing force of the injection molding machine below 1/3 of the rated suction force of the magnetic template, and the top rod speed below 50mm/s;
3. During the injection molding process, if the mold is damaged or stuck, do not increase the mold opening force without restriction and forcefully open the mold. Please limit the opening force to within 1/3 of the nominal suction force of the template, and ensure that the mold is connected by a crane or safety chain during the forced opening process.
4. During the mold replacement process, please ensure that the top rod hole of the replaced mold matches the machine, otherwise it will cause the mold to fall off during the pushing process.
5. During the mold replacement process, please confirm whether the push stroke of the injection molding machine's top rod is set too long. Setting a push stroke that is too long will cause the mold to fall off during the pushing process.
6. During the injection molding process, do not use the nozzle to impact the mold or spray glue without high pressure, otherwise it may cause the mold to fall off.
7. Please clean the mold and magnetic template suction surface carefully before each mold change, and check the flatness of the mold. There is an air gap between the mold and the magnetic template, which will cause magnetic loss.
8. Ensure that the mold temperature is within the temperature range of the magnetic template, as using it beyond the temperature limit will cause permanent damage to the magnetic template.
9. Do not turn off the injection molding machine inspection, mold inspection, and interlock control under abnormal circumstances.
10. If equipped with a safety chain, please make sure to hook the safety chain after the mold replacement is completed
